Cannock Chase Forest

Today I visited Cannock Chase (near my hometown), I decided to take the courage to drive there. I don't particularly like driving but I wanted to get into it because there are many places I wanted to visit within the UK and driving is essential to getting to decent places (plus it's cheaper than using public transport if there's a few on board).
I made some silly mistakes driving (its been ages since I drove properly outside of 30mph lol), but that's how you learn from mistakes, and become confident in what you do. As long as I didn't kill anyone - that's fine haha. It was nerve-racking driving national speed limit (60mph), as I don't like driving fast but it went okay. With the help of google map it does make driving to places easier, as before I would never drive anywhere I didn't know even with signposts.
So we went on a mini hike around the forest, only did one of the easiest routes through the lake, but it was a pretty nice and maintained forest. Its nice to walk once in awhile, has a nice number of trails from easy to difficult, which reminded me of Japan with how organised it was... I felt my foggy head setting in earlier today, but after going out I felt relieved again (probably from all the adrenaline from driving!)
